Within the scope of their activities, executive managers are responsible and accountable for their subordinate employees. Therefore, they are obliged to take the measures required for their area of responsibility in accordance with the applicable occupational health and safety regulations. The seminar conveys the essential legal regulations on responsibility in occupational health and safety and the most important duties arising from the basic accident prevention regulations.
Executives are informed about how to organize the responsibility assigned to them, how to minimize liability risks and how to avoid possible criminal consequences through organizational and technical measures.
In an exchange of experiences with the speaker, participants receive further inspiration and implementation advice for day-to-day operations.
